Monkey Park is a free-to-play virtual reality game available on the Meta Quest platform. By downloading, installing, or using Monkey Park (the "Game"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. Platform & Meta Account Requirements

Monkey Park is accessed through the Meta Quest platform and may require a valid Meta account.

By using the Game, you also agree to:

• Meta's Terms of Service
• Meta's Privacy Policy
• All applicable platform rules and community standards

Meta is not responsible for the Game and does not operate or control Monkey Park.

2. Free-to-Play Access

Monkey Park is provided free of charge. No purchase is required to download or play.

The Game may include optional virtual items or features, but all content remains digital-only and non-transferable.

3. Eligibility & Safety

You must meet the minimum age requirements set by Meta to use Monkey Park. If you are under the required age, parental or guardian permission is required.

VR Safety Reminder:

• Ensure a clear play area
• Take breaks as needed
• Stop playing if you feel discomfort, dizziness, or nausea

Monkey Park is not responsible for injuries or damages caused by unsafe play environments.

4. License to Use the Game

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play Monkey Park for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or sell the Game
• Reverse engineer, modify, or decompile the Game
• Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized software
• Interfere with servers or other players

5. Online Features & Multiplayer

Monkey Park may include online and multiplayer features.

You are responsible for:

• All activity performed using your Meta account
• Your behavior in multiplayer environments

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for rule violations.

6. Player Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, bully, or threaten other players
• Use hate speech, discriminatory language, or explicit content
• Exploit bugs or glitches
• Impersonate developers or other users
• Disrupt gameplay or servers

Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans.

7. Virtual Items

Monkey Park may include virtual items or cosmetics.

• All items are digital-only
• They have no real-world value
• They are non-transferable
• Items may be lost due to bans, resets, or technical issues and are not guaranteed to be restored

8. Updates & Availability

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of Monkey Park at any time without notice. Features, content, or online services may change or be removed.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Monkey Park if you violate these Terms or Meta platform rules.

Upon termination & suspension:

• Your account is banned or deleted
• Access to online features, progress, or virtual items may be lost

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Monkey Park is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free gameplay
• Immediate fixes for bugs or issues

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monkey Park and its developers are not liable for:

• Lost progress or virtual items
• Account suspensions or bans
• Service interruptions
• Indirect or consequential damages

12. Intellectual Property

All content in Monkey Park, including code, models, sounds, designs, and logos, is owned by Monkey Park or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
